The Texas local honey has very good flavor without the weird aftertaste that some local honeys can have. The price point is good and the young man who sold it to me was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions and I’m happy to support a local small business.
I’ve been putting honey on toast, eating it in my yogurt, mixing it with my oatmeal, and just having a spoonful of it to help me combat seasonal allergies. It is quite tasty and in fact, I might go have some right now.
