At HIVE Food Company, we take immense pride in delivering handcrafted, premium artisanal honey of the highest quality. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ve outlined our policy to ensure transparency:
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at info@eathivehoney.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, and we’ll work promptly to resolve the matter, including offering replacements or refunds where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
To uphold our commitment to quality and freshness, we do not accept returns for the following:
- Perishable items, including honey and related products.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
- The product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
To request a refund, email info@eathivehoney.com with the necessary details, including proof of purchase and photos, if applicable. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU law. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
