At HIVE Food Co., we’re committed to delivering our premium, handcrafted honey with care and convenience. Whether you’re getting your favorite infused honey shipped to your door or picking it up locally, here’s everything you need to know:
📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way—or ready for pickup!
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- FREE Shipping: All U.S. orders over $50 ship free—automatically applied at checkout.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Saturday: 11 AM – 3 PM

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready—usually within 1–2 business days.

We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships.
💥 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, email info@eathivehoney.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if possible).
