These fluffy banana pancakes are naturally sweetened with HIVE Wildflower Honey and topped with a luscious honey drizzle. Perfect for a cozy brunch or a lazy morning treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons HIVE Wildflower Honey (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter or oil, for cooking
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together mashed banana, milk, egg, HIVE Wildflower Honey, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (do not overmix).
